By accessing or using the Pharaoh Craft website and purchasing any products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of Pharaoh Craft.
1. Products
- All products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner.
- Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to printing and screen differences.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Prices may change from time to time due to promotions, supplier costs, or other factors, and the price applicable is the one displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Pharaoh Craft does not collect or store your full payment card details on its servers.
3. Order Processing
- Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Because products are custom-made for each customer, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests submitted shortly after checkout, but changes are not guaranteed.
- Order updates, including confirmation and shipping notifications, are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Shipping
- Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand partner’s network of carriers. The shipping carrier and route may vary depending on the destination.
- We currently ship to selected countries in North America, Europe, and other regions as listed on our Shipping Policy page.
- Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged items
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received (wrong design, color, or size compared to the order)
- Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier
- We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choice when the product matches the order details. Size charts are provided on product pages where applicable.
- Customers must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date in case of a lost shipment) with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos where relevant.
- If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time. In cases where the issue is not caused by us or our fulfillment partner, shipping fees may be non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, artwork, logos, product images, and website content are the intellectual property of Pharaoh Craft or are used under appropriate licenses.
- Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content without prior written consent from Pharaoh Craft is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Pharaoh Craft is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or size that are inherent to print-on-demand production are not considered defects.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase from our store is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the website or your purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
9. Changes to These Terms
- We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Continued use of the website and placing orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
