Refund & Returns Policy – Pharaoh Craft

Because all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Wrong size chosen by the customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
We only accept claims for defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost items, as explained below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
2. Wrong Item Delivered
- If our fulfillment partner produces or ships an incorrect item (wrong design, color, or size compared to your order):
- We will replace the incorrect item at no additional cost to you
- In most cases, you do not need to return the incorrect item
3. Lost Shipments
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or tracking does not update for an extended period:
- We may ask you to confirm your shipping address again
- Once the loss is confirmed, we will either replace the order or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability
4. Incorrect Address Provided
- If the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect:
- We cannot refund orders that are delivered to, or lost due to, an incorrect address supplied by the customer
- If the order is returned or not delivered for this reason, we can resend the order to an updated address at your expense
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, through our payment processor.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
- Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you contact us very shortly after placing your order, we will do our best to stop or modify it before production begins, but this cannot be guaranteed.
